What is successive knowing?

Different perspectives exist concerning successive and body or mind knowing. Some cultures are familiar with reincarnation.  This is the idea that the soul lives on in different physical bodies or forms, and can access stored memories of lives in other bodies or forms.   What would you say if everything you have ever thought, felt, wanted or done is stored as energy in a cloud that is accessible?

Some people indicate this triggers association with the trill character Dax in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.  Other people refer to Buddhist or other Eastern views that consider reincarnation not as a belief, but an example of inner knowing based on practical experience and connections with spiritual (non-physical) realms.  As your curiosity peaks, you wonder how to truly figure this out.

To focus your heart on certain feelings allows you to attune to the flow.  As you express earnest interest and get clear about your intention, this invites you to remember what is most relevant and appropriate at this moment. Everyone has opportunities to grow aware, and choose to dis-associate from judgment and contradictions. Belief systems are what obscure the inner truth and keep you from remembering the feeling of being in the vortex. What is evolution?

Identity is loudly drilled into you by the ego mind.  From this vantage point, you evolve based on conditioned expectations.  In the same moment, who you are is revealed quietly in the heart.  Every human is trained to fear, deny or postpone expanding into the unconditional love.  Alignment of the heart and mind is one perspective of evolution.

All-the-while, you may sense different ways exist to grow and develop.  You are taught to build on what you are taught.  Another kind of evolution involves letting go of all that to make room for what is always here.  How does a person open his heart? Listen to the vibration of inner peace of soul. Put yourself in a place of silence.  What do you notice?

How you think does not truly determine what you feel. As you remove the mind from your perspective and trust intuition, then you shift focus back to the breath and heart.  You exist to recognize you outgrow beliefs and see beyond them.

Heart is fluid and mind is rigid. The heart feels its way to the truth wheras the mind echos its own judgmental view.  As you open to Self-disclosure, and explore potential for changes within, you detach from logic and feel transformative.  As you allow unconditional love to flow freely, you move from evolving to remembering what is.

"In order to evolve, you must stand still long enough for your Heart to have a Conversation with your Brain." -Erin Dalli

What is it that you truly need now?

You have the power to continue living as you are or to shift focus, vantage point and perspective.  What does it require for you to stay in a place of feeling empowered? Ever choose to let things be as they are?

Regardless of whether you take action to control and change things, there is inner movement inside you every moment.  You can choose to live this out, to be true to your divine self, whatever experience presents.

Ask the inner self what feels right. Everything presents is centred, perfect and empowering you where you are. Only judgment distorts perception and causes you to view things other than how they truly are right now.

To close your eyes, you have the opportunity to sense the fullness of where you are.  You need not be anywhere other than precisely where you are. Allow yourself to be relaxed. You are the air. You are everything, always.

What do you learn about self?

Increasingly, you hear people speaking about how they are helping someone in some capacity.  It is understood this person or group needs help or, benefits from something you give.  You are in the right place and mindset to be offering time or some other service that makes someone's life easier.

This said, you may not realize that you choose to help others in part because their behaviour is telling you things about yourself.  In fact, every relationship you engage in relates to energy vibration. You are attracted to a person or situation for reasons beneath conscious awareness, at least initially.

Now, you may devote yourself to volunteering, to serving with some organisation, to helping a sick person heal, or even to raise the spirit of others.  Whenever you engage in anything, you make that choice as part of a path to awaken more fully.

In other words, every thought and feeling you generate, and even those you generate in relation to another person, situation or event, is part of a deeper soul journey.  What do you learn about self today? Why feel grateful for judgment or short-sightedness? Why appreciate where you are right now?

Rethink 4 blind men & an elephant

Several citizens ran into a hot argument about God and different religions, and each one could not agree to a common answer. So they came to the Lord Buddha to find out what exactly God looks like.

The Buddha asked his disciples to get a large magnificent elephant and four blind men. He then brought the four blind to the elephant and told them to find out what the elephant would "look" like.

The first blind men touched the elephant leg and reported that it "looked" like a pillar. The second blind man touched the elephant tummy and said that an elephant was a wall. The third blind man touched the elephant ear and said that it was a piece of cloth. The fourth blind man hold on to the tail and described the elephant as a piece of rope. And all of them ran into a hot argument about the "appearance" of an elephant.

The Buddha asked the citizens: "Each blind man had touched the elephant but each of them gives a different description of the animal. Which answer is right?"

This classic Zen story encourages you to reflect on deeper meanings in your own judgment, emotions and understanding about unconditional love.  Share some of your revelations.
