In emptiness is usefulness

Align with love and reconnect to higher fields of consciousness. You are taught to focus on fear and tears. Yet, beyond conditioned limitation, you are an infinite being. Choose to stay open.  Release yourself from the prison of the left brain. Reality is not revealed by the five senses. You are unstructured, connected to everyone, everywhere.  Your point of observation is consciousness having this physical experience.

As source energy, you travel everywhere now as unconditional love. Your omnicience is unparallelled. Get beyond the logic and reason that confine you to space and linear time. Intuitive heart knowing is beyond thought. Beliefs emit low level vibrations. Intuitive knowing emits higher vibration and reminds us who we really are. To feel joy is to raise personal vibration and activate higher energy. It is through perceiving emptiness that everything is useful. Shape emptiness into form and you understand the pure state you are.

Self-reflection of the moment

If you felt unlimited freedom, what would you be doing right this moment? Reflect on the nature of what you are doing and what you say you would like to be doing.  Take a closer look at what truly prevents you from being who you are.  What do you sense or recognize?  Share your revelations.  What do they reveal about or invite you to do as your inner work? Its all about choosing to Transform Your Life.

What blocks you from peace?

You may notice people around you seem serene yet you feel restless. What does this tell you?  The vibration of love is something that emerges from the core of being.  If you are disconnected, being aware of this is the first step to other kinds of recognition.

What happens as you sense perception is leaving out part of the bigger picture here?  Let yourself feel the flow of energy within. Listen to your word choices. Are these kind and compassionate terms grounded in the present tense?  Notice the food and beverages you consume.  How does this eating and drinking impact your thoughts and emotions? If you care for a car, would you run anything other than clean, healthy gas through its engine?

When you think, speak and focus anywhere other than in this moment, you block acess to timeless inner peace.  The truth of who you are exists and unfolds in a timeless realm without constraints even when your focus is not here. You can always shift attention.

Consider limitation only exists in mind. What motivates you to limit where you can go, what you can do, and how you express your true self? Why would you choose to ignore innate peace and contentment? What if you have power to Transform your life?

How do you resist letting go?

Permit self to step back.  Reflect on where you cling to people, situations and perceptions. What are you really saying? You resist letting go out of possible confusion, misunderstanding and selfishness. Consider why emotion or thought exerts a hold over you;

You may be conditioned to believe you are meant to do what you do. Maybe your relatives also followed this path. Maybe friends followed a similar legal course of action. Ask if you feel good about your own situation right now. To sense discomfort or restlessness echoes your beliefs are not aligned with the real you. You may outgrow a certain mindset, attitude or choice. Ready to move on?

 You may misunderstand the signals of your own body, mind and spirit.  Perhaps you were taught to sense that if at first you do not realize a particular goal, then you are simply meant ot work harder, faster and struggle more to reach what you really want.  Another perspective is life is meant to be easy, enjoyable and fun. When something is not, you are missing the truth of experiences.

You may not recognize your own selfishness.  Thoughts can be distorted.  They are the only place where fear can be experienced.  Everything you fear comes from a false point of reference. To view self from a place of limitation or restriction is a gift.  Illness does not disconnect you from the real you or loved ones. In truth, perceived imbalance invites you to do what is necessary to realign. Ask self how your life would change if you chose to forgive self or others.  Focus attention on appreciating why you are where you are.

The only thing that brings you pain and suffering is to resist what you really are, which is unconditional love and acceptance. You can choose experiences that unleash inner freedom or that stifle it. Everything invites you to recall the harmony of Cosmic Synchroncity.

What if you have no expectations?

You are where you are to open the heart to what exists for you.  This is an opportunity to recognize everything is a reflection of who you think you are.  Some people sense what they experience is what they know themselves to be.  To know requires no thought or belief.  You choose to be fully empowered or to postpone that.

Ponder how your body is a filter, a conduit, that transmits energy into forms you discern in the physical.  You can sense when your attention is distracted from what feels balanced.  The invisible or unmanifested, grounds you. It often only grows apparent through discerning aspects of times and space.  Allow yourself to sense everything.

You may be in a situation where changes you perceive around you are distracting you from what you experience inside.  What if you are not seeing clearly when you look outside the self? What if alignment is only truly experienced as you remember what it feels like to feel beyond self-imposed limitation?

Remind self nothing happens to you.  Everything actually happens through you.  No person senses this exactly as you do in this moment.  It may invite you to debate reality and then release energy that no longer serves you. 

Ultimately, conflict does not exist unless you imagine it. To detach from all expectations changes everything.  Choosing consciously means focusing your attention on peace, love and joy. Life is pure Cosmic Synchronicity.
