Listen closer & feel 

When ready, it comes to our attention that we express emotions on the surface which are hiding what is really going on inside.  This is a kind of unconscious split that prevents us from living in our integrity, blocks clarity, and postpones life choices that enable us to feel harmony. Various breathing practices can be used to help us get to the bottom of what is really going on. What if its possible to tune in, raise awareness, and truly listen to the signs and signals of the body in a whole new way? What if we could shift from thinking about what happening to allowing all emotions to flow? Breathwork is one tool that allows us to get in touch with our true selves.

We are each responsible for our happiness.  We create it, manifest it or stand in our own way for reasons only we can uncover at our own pace. We are each the architect of our reality.  We choose our thoughts, our preceptions, our responses or emotional reactions to external forces.  All-the-while, we each possess all tools required to our expand consciousness, see each event  from a different point of view and transform our lives. We can shift from living unconsciously in fear to living consciously by vibrating love. At any moment, we have the power to listen closer, change how we think and feel. Reminding ourselves to follow intution can help us reframe life and death.

5 Tips to Reframe Change

People ask when is the right time to re-evaulate their vision of success, lifestyle or other areas of life.  The underlying questions we are asking are; 1) how often do we hear and respond to intuition? and how quickly do we manifest visions? Many books suggest its possible to create faster than is common practice.  If change beckons, yet we are indecisive or unsure about changes,  it is wise to examine different areas of our lives in  detail. For now, here are 5 tips; 

1. Read our emotions

If anxiety, fear or doubt are frequent, this is an invitation to step back and re-evaulate priorities, thoughts, beliefs and actions. Emotions tell us whetherwe favor logical or intutive choices.

2. Be aware of left & right brain 

To grow clearer about what is and is not working, it helps to recognize whether and how often we engage each side of the brain. Left brain is characterized by logic, reasoning and competition and survivial instincts.  Right brain is characterized by creative expression and imagination.

3. Understand the cosmic dynamics 

Manifesting your dreams and making life changes is not always in our control. Consider we each begin with elements of our dreams from conception.  This grows from DNA, gender, astrological data, socio-economic environment and health of the physical body. From birth, this “package” shapes a certain range of choices  we work with in our life. Although we have free will, we are born within parameters of choice we have teh pwoer to shape and change based on awareness.

4. Explore frequency & vibration

Tesla echos: ‘If [we] want to find the secrets of the Universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.' This is deep.  Every choice we make influences the vibration of our life direction.

5. Take greater responsibility

Imagine how life shifts as we take greater responsibility for our life choices, directions and related outcomes. What if we begin to see the role of our conscious and unconscious mind in perceived successes and failures? This invites us to revisit experiences from different views.

5 Ways to facilitate change

Whatever the vision you hold in your mind, the moment is ripe to allow the universe to facilitate change. You may be asking what are effective strategies to get on with this? Consider 5 ways:

1. Relax

We are so well-conditioned to want to influence, make or force things to happen on our schedule. There is a fine line between creating a vision and letting it go.  No one recipe exists. Each of us uncover what works in practice, via direct experience. We are not meant to control everything. Learning how to relax is about unlearning all those things that evoke stress and resistance.

2. Know its done

Whether its a new job, career, relationship, geographic move, house sale or other vision you hold, its importnat to know and repeated tell yourself its already done. It comes naturally to act as if when you feel confidence and see the world as if your vision is already materialized.  Some people create physical vision boards, 3-D models or quantum, multi-dimensional visions of a new reality.

3.  Feel the way here

Focus energy and excitement.  Feel what stimulates and gets your energy flowing. POsitive and negative energy can both be intense and both are the same energy that invites you to recognize how you are choosing to feel yourself, the path, the vision and blocks you create to hold yourself back or catapult yourself forward.

4. See everything as energy

From the moment you cease seeing events and instead, register everything as energy, you only see flow or blocks. Ask yourself when it feels you go with the current or feel like you paddle upstream.  When everything in your midst is energy and how you respond or not echoes energy, then how you experience experience changes.

5. Meditate

Meditation can involve gardening, cooking, writing, playing music or engaging in some other creative endeavour that raises your energy.  You can train the mind, close your eyes and visualize, change brainwaves, consciously alter how your body projects and experiences this world. Allow yourself to see yourself from a whole new vantage point.

Change your perception, change your life

Its common to desire to manifest and experience something different. What is this desire and your perception of circumstances really saying? 

Manifestation is a simply pointer to how and what you interpret energetically. You are a combination of energy systems, seen and unseen. Much like more than one person can view a cloud in the sky and "see" something different, more than one person can interact with energy differently and perceive something different.  Its based on degrees of expanded consciousness. Every encounter and event each human being perceives is a game of energetic alignment with what is already here.

In other words, if you think you can create something different, the ego is in charge and what you think about does not show up based on thought alone. What shows up is based on energetic alignment. You have to imagine and feel you are already doing something for it to materialize. This is a vibrational state of abundance, acceptance and love of all that you are and all you are allowing yourself to see in yourself.
