Experience this timeless moment

Pay attention. Notice how time controls you and how you can experience timelessness. Some people stop wearing a watch or consciously shift focus of attention. Know time does not have to control or define you. Notice time only shapes and limits your life, if you allow it. You are not at the end of a process. You are the process, the original force of cosmic explosions, unfolding and expanding forever. You are the energy of the universe beyond definition.

To truly start to see things as they are, go into them. Be them. Feel what vision is as Soul. See the brilliant light of the cosmos in everything.  You evoke light in it all. BEing who you are, you call into being the light of everything. Be the timeless light.

Turn inward

Whatever you see and understand as the external world, you come to discover that you cannot make it happen your way or control it exactly as you want.  No person, creature situation or relationship in your life is always doing what you want it to do all of the time.  This revelation unleashes a gush of nothing.  Even that which cannot be named is heartfelt.

What's happening in your head is your dream.  Its also projection.  As you recognize you do not control the external, this is an invitation to turn inward to access peace.  If you are not feeling peaceful and contented, then your attention is anywhere but here.  You begin to sense that if you do not do the right things, the right things do not happen to you.  You begin to feel you create the nature of your life.  When you feel joyful, you treat others well. Everything is a mirror for how deeply you access the essence of being within you.  The social world is an extension of allowing and resisting all you are.  How quiet can 'you' be?

Every moment is an opportunity to experience the present in its pure perfection.

Listen to the harmony

As you listen closely to the world, you no longer always feel the urge to talk back.  Why is it people are conditioned to be good talkers but not effective listeners? How do you receive what is said? Often, people pay more attention to their inner chatter than what others are saying. 

As you begin to truly listen to yourself and the thoughts that pass through the mind, you discover how it feels to sit quietly for hours and appreciate the silence.  Present moment awareness brings your attention away from the business of life.  You have less to discuss.  Pay attention to your conversations.  Notice how often you refer to the past or future. To listen is to absorb wisdom, to hear what is between the words, where the words are coming from, what is expressed in body language, the vibration of the sounds.  You listen with all senses. The present moment reveals all.

As you allow yourself to grow quiet, you let go of all static between the ears.  Listening to the body triggers catharsis.  In essence, you know what is wrong or unbalanced right away.  You sense what the body requires and take action to recify it.  When you feel tired, you rest.  When your body feels ancy, you exercise. When you sense hunger, you eat.  When you sense a full bladder, you relieve it. When you listen to the mind, you know what it wants. As you get in synch with the body, perceived time is irrelevant. If you feel awake late at night, you do not force sleep.  Emotions are also a reliable gauge for how well you listen to inner self.  Deep listeners only know peace, only show love and compassion, and only hear through a lens of complete acceptance. 

In essence, give yourself permission to listen to the soul.  Give yourself permission to transcend conditioning.  Compassion and kindness are the silent guides that invite you to listen more deeply to yourself and the world.  When you listen rather than think, your intuitive powers kick in and guide you to gather insight.  Open to trust. Harmony is ever-present. It observes your thoughts.

Be the real thing

To be 'the real thing' is to be here now, focused entirely in the present moment.  How does this kind of attention impact on you?  What happens to the mind and its influence on your life as thoughts cease? As you feel this moment, how do you move?

When you ask how to be present, the mind tricks you into focusing on the future.  The present already exists and passes during your inquiry.  Notice how the mind creates visions of dreams and prompts you to assume they are merely a future possibility.  What happens as there is no more motive or seeking? What remains speaks for itself.

Everything lived outwardly is drawing attention to the internal vibrational causes. You are awakening to revolutionary ideas that shift your perception, focus and experience. You are increasingly responsive to energy that presents as healing, manifestation and other forms you know. 

Notice animals are very aware of energy and the moods of humans in their environment.  Notice they feel you coming down the road without physically seeing you and they approach the window or door to meet you upon arrival.  You also know what is here before you allow it into your life. As you trust and have faith in what you do not see, suddenly, it is here.
