Grow into a wounded healer

Notice the shaman in pop culture images is widely portrayed as a tribal witch doctor, wearing exotic masks, using rattles, magic or nature spirits to heal others. True shamans beyond media may be misunderstood. Each is a wounded healer; having suffered through adversity and confronted inner demons. Shamans make the unconscious conscious to access innersights and act as an authentic guide for others so they light the way through their own darkness.
In essence, the shaman is a multidimensional seer, traveller, communicator. This being has ability to connect with spirits, animal guides, does things often forgotten by those disconnected from nature. Shamans assist others to release themselves from their own pain. In some ways, a shaman is a soul healer, not a body healer. Yet all division is illusion as body-mind-spirit are already unified.
So, to truly understand suffering, one must also have suffered, know what it feels like. Through trials and tribulation, each being is invited grow, learn, teach. The shaman is divinely guided to share personal lessons with those s/he works with to facilitate healing and vibrational shifts. Integration is journey back to wholeness.
On the path of knowledge, the shaman confronts layers of ego and undergoes ego deaths. It is ego that keeps us wanting more material things, that fuels jealousy, harms our self esteem by making us compare ourselves to others. Many equate ego with identity. By losing sense of self, we see the much bigger picture.
The key is expansion of consciousness. To allow this requires letting go of beliefs we are separate entities and recognizing we all echo one energy source. In this unity, we are much more aware of others feelings, interconnected experiences. By breaking down the ego, the shaman within each of us is able to put to rest selfish desires and focus energies on service. In doing so, the shaman within must die to self, be reborn multiple times. A series of literal and figurative deaths and rebirths shapes the shamanic path.

Do inner work, reap the benefits

Doing inner work on ourselves guides us to insights about the idea of God, the divine or sacred. The word is less important than the process of going iinward, feeling into what this is for yourself. What does it mean to grow personally? It implies you grow in maturity and awareness of issues you have inside of yourself: fears, desires, insecurities, needs, wants, self-consciousness, shame, embarassment, guilt, anger, resentment, the list goes on. These words refer to sample currents of energy unfolding within.
Consider the analogy of rocks creating disturbance or current in the flowing river. Simply removing individual obstacles to spirituality reveals the natural state of things. So why are we taught to make complicated what is simple? Obstacles we face are the roadmap to spiritual states of expanded consciousness. They are the pointers to a more peaceful existence, a completley new perception and vibrational sense of reality.
At the perfect moment, it dawns no recipe or technique exists to meet or get us to God or magically make us divine. Disturbances within invite us to see them as they are. This requires sheer honesty about what we are looking at and projecting into the external world. We have to be willing to see clearly. The path to liberation begins with our willingness to see the the nature of rocks which represent our own shadows.
We can evolve to look at ourselves objectively. This requires we rise above judement, complaint, self criticism. Changing our attitude about ourselves and what we see inwardly is a huge step to transforming our lives in ways that benefit Soul growth. To see the obstacles (garbage) within ourselves as they are is to reduce suffering around us. The bigger the obstacle we face, the more we reduce suffering.
Normally, those who are not awake are unaware of the nature of their thoughts and feelings and get lost in their emotions. They are unwilling to face truth, or take full responsibility for what they create. Rather than see what causes the disturbances in their lives, they may get stuck in survival mode, simply taking action the best they can to keep their head above water. IN order to get beyond this state, we must be willing to get out of the water, be the witness and see deeper into what is unfolding.

Allow evolution to happen

Notice being focused on trauma, fear, blocks one energetically from experiencing more expanded realities. Facing one's own shadows is required to let go of self-limiting beliefs to directly access cosmic Truths. Processing the energies shadows represent implies lower frequencies must be purged/ purified. A process of letting go and big life changes must be embraced and integrated. True Nature is Maths which are, by their very nature, Aware. Sacred geometry are alive beings. Direct communication occurs beyond words. Mature reflection requires travelling the path back to Source, point of origin, timelessness. The first stage of remembering arises in learning and unlearning, informing oneself, reading, listening. Wise elders or old souls point to the door of your own awareness which you only enter alone. Tune into the inner heart, Earth fields and beyond for "intel." The second stage of remembering arises in reflection, thinking, tuning into all this by yourself, processing it clearly in your understanding, detecting truths and untruths. This is the accelerated version of the entire process of evolution, itself. You slowly mature, from the inside with indwelling certainty and ever growing confidence, for having checked things out directly, personally. Everybody works at his own pace on the grand scheme of things. Only then, the third stage is meaningful and blossoms: it is wisdom of direct experience, or "practice of cultivation, or meditation". Here, you personally and directly "taste" non- conceptual wisdom, or nature, in the silence of your own discriminating knowledge. This is forever a silent language, whence its universal description as being "ineffable, unspeakable, unthinkable, inconceivable". And this form of wisdom is the (only) one that sets you FREE. The rest entangles you still, to the inertia of dualism as a latent tendency of the mind, even on more subtle (deep) levels. Nothing anyone says is the same as being the flow, discerning oneself. An alchemical process unfolds beyond what the human mind grasps. The result is a complete shift toward optimal function (shift in how one receives, decodes and transmits light).

Allow Soul Truth to reveal itself

Notice everything is always here yet everything is not always seen as it is in true colour. All secrets reveal themselves through the evolution of consciousness. Nothing is hidden that will not be made known. We gradually bring our own light to our shadows, to what we are willing to accept and integrate into our version of reality. As frequency shifts happen, the layers peel away to revel the core. When ready, we grow aware of what had been rejected, take steps to retrieve Soul fragments; Everything I have taken from others, I consciously return with Love. Everything that has been taken from me I now reclaim. Know the Soul is greater than anything that seems to be missing. This is the Path to recognizing our own wholeness.
