Keep nothing in mind

Notice what happens if you allow thoughts of what is right for you to limit your experience. The inner judge is active. Resistance, restlessness, impatience and disharmony are a focus.

As awareness grows, you see inner conflict only arises as you compare or exert effort to control. If this has not crossed your mind, its because thinking has nothing to do with it.

Notice what happens as you feel all is well and keep nothing in mind.  In this state of being, you appreciate everything as it is and see the beauty in it all. Intuition is the rudder and joy is the pilot. This is experienced as mindfulness.   Relish the sun rises and sets. Cherish all that is in between. At any moment, feel what happens as you no longer feel the urge to choose.

Appreciate the little things

Whatever situations are unfolding in your life, you choose where to focus your attention.  You decide how to interpret your unique  experiences, whether you get something meaningful out of each stage of your life journey.  Notice the true nature of any restlessness you feel.  Why find anything wrong where you are, doing what you do? Be creative.  Love something about where you are now. 

Notice your conditioned ways of thinking.  Notice whether you focus on thoughts that trigger sadness, joy or evoke other emotions like anger and fear.  Notice when you focus on gratitude or allow discomfort or dissatisfaction to cloud your focus.

This said, you can always renew appreciation for 'the little things.'   This brings clarity. They may be people, aspects of nature or the environment, conditions or anything that uplifts your spirit. Notice whether you view the glass of life as half full, half empty, or as something else. What happens as you are kind to yourself and show kindness to others? The sun always shines.  You see, you take it with you wherever you go.

Take a few moments to reflect on little things that  bring joy.  What stands out? Share your perspective of 'the little things' that truly make life feel worthwhile.

Why surrender to broader knowing?

Every moment of physical existence, you are conditioned to resist what the heart tells you.  This happens as you are invited to adopt language and symbols, as you are taught to make choices that please others, as you are inclined to favor doubt over intuition.  That which you hold as your object of attention is part of your way of filtering and exploring what matters. You engage in life with selective awareness by choice.

Now, in this moment, new perspectives are always arising. Beyond the body you see, the essence of being is actually a force of energy. It sends you messages from a state of complete allowing, a state of no resistance.  That is, your personal perspective shifts into an observer. This witness is a perspective of broader, cosmic knowing.  It does not judge, doubt or fear.  As a pure consciousness, you are non-physically focused. This energy vibration is the most dominant vibrational part of you that shapes your perceived experience. So, why surrender to this broader knowing? Why Be your Dream now?

Notice what happens as you observe the ego mind rather than believe all it says and allow yourself to be contolled by it.  Focus shifts to unconditional love and appreciation of everything. Difference no longer exists. You see everything as a divine reflection. There is no separation. If you encounter conflict or judgment and take it personally, notice your energy vibration. How you feel about others mirrors how you are treating yourself. The state of your external world mirrors the vibration of your inner world.

Notice the flawed premise

Listen closely.  Notice what you tell yourself.  Notice when you assume conflict exists within your own mind or you see conflict arises as the result of lies you tell yourself.  The truth never opposes itself.  It just is. Notice how you feel around different people.  What happens when being in someone's presence brings out the best in you?

The larger part of you, the source energy consciousness, knows what is going on. That part of you feels its way into states of continued renewal. It knows how honest you are with yourself,  is reflected in every situation and relationship.  If you only ever feel good, you do not notice an emotional gap, and life does not cause you to expand.

Notice thoughts and beliefs you hold prevent you from allowing and being the joy that is unlimited. Where are you in vibrational relationship to unconditional love and acceptance of all you are? Notice the power of influence you have over your thoughts and feelings. Notice how people feel in your presence and whether you notice anyone at all. Notice othes are inspired and uplifted, or they express negativity and bring you down. Notice how you feel deep inside reveals itself in your external world. 

In essence, the vibrating energy that you are raises and lowers based on whether you allow what you perceive though mental filters to affect how you feel. Approach reality based on pure appreciation or not. You control how you respond to whatever unfolds. See what happens as you begin to see everything through the eyes of genuine love. Flawed premises are no longer.  This is no coincidence.  Its Cosmic Synchronicity.

Bound to be silent

The mind eagerly listens and anticipates for the next word or whatever it expects to be coming.  How does it react to an event? It downplays the last one, asks about and begins to plan the next one. What does mind do with silence? It grows restless, voices anxiety or shifts attention to mental noise.  As mind hangs on a state of no mind, it is faced with its greatest fear, the threat of having no identity.  Mind responds to silence by doing things to change your focus of attention. Why does silence inevitably emerge?

The deepest being is only ever silent.  To know one is awake and enlightened means one is bound to be silent.  The heart feels this as ordinary, allowing silence to be as it is. Unconditional love accepts and appreciates each moment and all it embodies.
