Redream a new dream

Dreams guide us through a profound personal and spiritual healing process.  Each one prepares us for the unforeseen, that work that lies ahead.  As we come to recall and document our various dreams and learn to analyze them, we can each quickly learn or rediscover the language of symbolism and metaphors.  They provide a key tool for each of us to harness the power of our dreams for higher guidance.

As expansion happens, dreaming offers inreasingly valuable insight for spritual growth.  It dawns one can have direct, contact with spiritual guides during dreams and sharpen insight into one's larger journey.  Dreams redefine signs and signals that orient and potentially reorient our journey so we get "back on track" of the Soul.

As in The Law of One, Session 86, Question 7, the source said, "While the so-called conscious mind rests, this adept (oneself), may call upon those which guide it, those presences which surround it, and, most of all, the magial personality, which is the higher self. 4 Tips to Make Positive Change Faster

In the current global climate, the urge to change or make change is arising.    The question is, which changes do we make first and what is the most efficient way of going about it? Consider these 4 tips;

1. Raise awareness

Until we grow aware or conscious of something we wish to change, then consistent change does not happen. We are our own judge and jury.  We each determine our points of reference and what is "positive" or "negative" (desirable or undesirable).

2. Take responsibility

We have to see our role in a situation before we can make lasting change.  Every moment, we are creating a version of reality based on our thoughts and feelings.  By consciously stating, "Every moment, my thoughts and feelings are directing every moment of my experience and reality," this helps to make key connections.

3.  See the mirror

From the moment it hits the external world changes based on our self perception, we are empowered.  Everything is in fact, a mirror. Thus, to love and accept ourselves fully is to see this reflected in the world around us.  To harbour shadows or unconscious negative emotions and trauma is to see this in the external.  our individual sense of inner reality projects out and contributes to shape the collective reality.

4. Feel into new realities

In order to create a new reality, the key is to imagine it vividly and feel what it is like to experience it in real time.  Use present day language to create the vision. Talk about it as if it already exists.

3 Tips to settle life's shake-ups

When life seems to get shaken up, familliar ways of living no longer work.  The tendency is to seek external reasons and find ways to settle things back into "normal."  In fact, the only way to respond to shake ups and have any lasting impact, is to address what this tells us about the state of our inner world.  As part of our coaching program, we explore this in detail as well as identify personalized ways forward.  For the purpose of this article, consider these 3 tips:

1. Identify emotional needs

This implies not only identifying needs such as belonging, autonomy, connection and acceptance, but also what prevents us from recognizing and satisfying these needs so we can release resistance.

2. Investigate links to energy anatomy

Every human being has energy anatomy.  This connects coherent mind-body and spirit functions. Each of our energy centres functions individually and together in varied ways. Blockages create congestion and block energy flow. This affects life in the physical world and what perception and experience we access. It pays to explore signs and signals in the body and how this impacts mind-body awareness.

3. Practice Mindfulness

Tuning into life's shake-ups invites practising mindfulness. As we pay closer attention to what is happening within, we begin to see the nature of our projections. To explore components of our emotions, we can practice mindful acceptance of each one.  This involves recognizing and accepting sensations, watching thoughts, labelling feelings and noticing urges as they arise.

7 Tips to resource well-being

Resourcing is calling into play anything or anyone that supports your well-being. Such resources are a natural part of your life, yet the process of calling upon them wisely, quickly and easily must be learned.

2. Learn techniques for letting go of tension

3. Deepen your meditation practice

4. Cultivate body awareness to self-regulate (so you do not get overwhelmed by external stimuli)

5. Learn to bodyscan to let go of tighness

6. Activate sensations in the body to pinpoint inner resources

Reaching a Fork in the Road

Reaching a fork in the road is an invitation to reflect on where we have been as well as on where we are headed.  It is about recognizing we have the power to make different choices.  Making more conscious choices enriches and strengthens us from the inside out due to acting from a state of deeper awareness about ourselves. Feel the urge to change focus and/or priorities?

Now is the moment to recognize and act more based on things that really matter: the power of vulnerability, courage, innate worthiness.  Part of the journey involves bravely exploring our shadows, the characteristics and behaviours we adopt that echo we are less than we actually are.  More specifically, this is about making the unconscious,  conscious, growing aware of self-defeating and self-sabotaging choices that point to patterns. Our overt and covert behaviours are linked to our sense of belonging and fear of rejection.

As we reflect on how we are taught to live, what we are taught to achieve and the persona/ role we project, underneath words like "success" and "fulfillment" is that compass that gauges our sense of belonging.  This points to our unspoken desire to be seen, heard and validated. Beyond that is a yearning to “be part of something bigger than ourselves, to experience genuine connection with others. Beig true to ourselves is what makes us aware of the nature of authenticity, true freedom and innate power.
