Reflect on dreaming

You may find your mind in control of your attention, your heart and intuition guiding you, and even something else you cannot put your finger on at the helm of the dreaming.  Which kinds of dreams stand out for you?  Where is your focus right now?

Notice versions of the dream

Mind orients "you" toward visions of success and suggests at all costs you should strive to avoid defeat. Consider you have never been here without dreaming.  The only thing you know about 'here and now' is heresay.  You have thoughts and opinions about it.  You have heard other people's views on what it must or must not be.  This is a version of the dream. The most direct way to see through the dream is to be aware.  Being awareness is not being aware of something. Mind invites you to ask how. Heart invites feeling. Be aware of the feeling before it arises. Notice the energy behind it all.

Move with the energy

You may think you can ignore certain thought energies yet, each one is destined to flow in its own time.  Suppression simply postpones expression.  Each one signals a path to the centre.  You can see through the self-expression to see eternal being arising. 

Understand your true, unchanging position.  As awareness, one does not express, suppress or even touch energy.  One simply watches it come and go in waves.  One follows the path back to source.  Here, all subsides in the formless and all is known.  Energy is what it is: neutral.  Mind gives it form. Notice whether you allow or resist the natural flow.  As energy returns to source, it is neither love nor hate, but innocence.

See what is 

To see what is, is to see through the layers of the mind that prevent seeing with the heart.  One knows limitless being and free flow.  Yet, the mind would have you imagine and focus on limitation.  Many influences keep attention focused on what is not.  When you are driven by personal attention and gain, you miss more than subtle nuances.

The natural state of being carries no message.  It is like space without memory, without beliefs and attitudes. Nobody is being silent.  Time is unaccounted for.  Recognition of an unbroken flow is objective seeing. Actions unfold without you.  What is does not change only your perception and acceptance of what has always been. It senses the effortless presence that is available to you when your eyes are open to it.

Allow senses to open wide

Wherever you are, you have the ability to observe and perceive partially or impartially.  You view things with or without desire.  You perceive thoughts, concepts and identify with them or, identify with nothing.  You discern love and hate as opposites or as reflecting the same underlying message.  Fullness and emptiness are the same.

Notice whether you exert effort to understand, whether you struggle to listen with the head. Notice that the feelings that bother you are actually thoughts in disguise.  They are drawing your attention to another kind of sensing directly from the heart.  The mind sees things based on conditioning.  Can the perceiver of everything be perceived? That which is unchanging always speaks through you. Being does not experience.  It is the most intimate existence. Allow senses to open wide and know.
