Reactivate the Truth inside

Notice every instance you recognize and let go of some ego-driven focus or pursuit, you are recalibrating energy, strengthening and re-vitalizing natural systems of energy fields. In order to rebuild the Earth fields to a level they were in ancient times, that is, that were connected by an active, global, interconnected free-flowing energy pyramid system, we have to purify psychological resistances and attain liberation from ego. Seeing what is real within oneself, loving our true being fully, only happens as we see through the ego as it works through us, and shift to act in resonance with the the real. This radiance enables what is real to shine and emerge in others. To function optimally, we must vibrate the core frequency consistently. The nature of emptiness makes space for the fullness of natural energetic capacities to transform reality on an unfathomable scale. Every stage of consciousness emits vibration to shape our course. We each have a unique path. To what degree we allow conscious shifts within and the level we build our capacity to hold energy, is our compass to create and navigate new realities. Meditate on it.

Get Direct Soul Access

Notice that energy follows the path of least resistance. Imagine you are a mini tree hopper, soaring through the dense jungle in search of the perfect spot to land. The best way to guide your flight, like life, is to go with flow, or wind direction, to take what feels like the most natural or easiest Path, rather than go against the current. Going with the flow is acting in alignment with our Soul. Tuning into Soul accesses aspects of self typically unseen. Certain knowings act as our reliable compass. Listen closely. Anchor into the natural consciousness. Everything, inluding the miniscule, points to the perfect Path right now. We each allow or resist what nature intends

Go beyond mind-control

Notice what happens as it dawns that Being itself is guiding each action. Meditation in its true sense can be a way of spontaneously discovering our natural, undivided state. We cannot get to a natural state through divided means. We cannot create natural, effortless states. We can only create unnatural states. As we fall into the state where we cease to manipulate our experience in any way, this is true meditation. Anything else is mind-controlled. Through mind-control, we can create extra-ordinary and mystical states, but not the natural state. Let everything be as it is. This is simple and yet, how often do you attempt to stop the mind, seek be peaceful, or something other than what is? Anyway you manipulate experience, simply notice it and let it go. This gives mind very little to do. The mind is no longer leading the way. It falls into background. The natural, free state only reveals itself through non-doing. It takes some consciousness to notice when we manipulate inner experience. The natural state is ever-present. Its already quiet. There is no reason to get to peace. No search is needed. States we seek through meditation are here. Most meditation is manipulation. This points to distrust of original nature. No need to battle ego. It is a conditioned part of ourselves. Distrust of ego can escalate to distrusting the essence of Being. Its why we seek to control. Letting go of our conditioned urge to manipulate inner experience guides one to natural awareness.

5 Ways to live joyfully

As long as suffering exists inside us, we cannot live life fully. It is up to each of us to identify the sources of  suffering in our lives. Only then can we accept, release and replace that life view with genuine joy and celebration. Consider 5 ways to decode setbacks and live more joyfully.

1.  Identify our inhibitions

When we are self-conscious, we are unable to act in a relaxed or natural way. Getting to the root of our hesitation or doubt is key to moving beyond it and existing in a higher-vibrational state.

2.  See the underlying reasons for suffering

Everything arises and disappears in the mind. Anxiety arises as we focus attention on the future, worry about an imagined outcome. Depression arises when we focus on ideas of the past.

3.  Be fearless 

This involves looking at each moment as fresh and new. It is about undertaking all endeavours with enthusiasm and an optimism, knowing everything is possible when we set the mind to it.

4.  Be passionate

No best thing exists to do or be.  We simply make judgements and choices. Being passionate, putting our heart into all we choose to focus on, uplifts and energizes us and all we touch.

5. Love everything

When conditioned, we see the world in terms of limitation. A genius is drawn to do what is needed joyfully. It is no more about you. Self-cosnciousness shifts to selflessness. This is a limitless way of looking at life.

The Secret to the Best Version

The secret to turning into the best version of ourselves is training the mind and senses to detect everything as energy first.  Imagine what happens as we automatically translate experience into a spectrum of feelings and emotions...  

So, the physical body registers all our experience as energy. The visual sense translates energy into pictures, the auditory sense registers vibes, the tactile sense registers pulses or hums, the olfactory sense tunes into moving waves and the palette registers high and low vibrations of all we consume or spit up.

All familiar and subtle senses are originally receiving vibration as light and sound language. Somehow, its common to forget about that.  Often, what happens from an early age, is that words and other languages are taught to rewire the brain, take focus away from original impressions. 

Now is the moment to get back to what feels natural. To do so, we invite ourselves to grow aware of the misperceptions that act as our filters to reality. When ready we shift away from the brain that is hard-wired for negativity to the brain that is hard-wired to perceive all energy as part of the same flow.  We choose which streams of energy to focus on and which to simply let go.  At some stage it hits, all emotions are equally valuable teachers and pointers to insight we are willing to see about ourselves and relationships.
