Inspiration for Be your Dream

You may wonder about sources of inspiration for my latest book,  Be your Dream. Each of my books is divinely inspired and actually writes itself.  Each one invites you to recognize choices you make come down to love or fear. Each invites awareness and consciousness to reveal themselves to the extent you allow them. Each book offers quotes that beckon you to see your own reflection through the eyes of all others.

This new book invites you to recognize the role of the ego the heart in dreaming. It also invites you to see what happens as you see things as they are and as heart and mind as seen as one.  You already read your thoughts and feelings, but are you aware they tell you how how true you are to self, and what you can do to see the truth and lies?

Be your Dream empowers you to notice the role of ego in your dreaming process, how scarcity motivates certain choices as part of the struggle for abundance and seeing the ego for what it is inspires other choices. This book invites The Awakening to the nature of beliefs and negativity. You are invited to stand in your power, face the inner shadow and know what the true reality is beyond conditioning. The cause of the social system is our individual refusal to do inner work.  Nothing changes in the external world until we make inner changes. As Gandhi says, "Be the change you wish to see."

This book invites you to see how the mind is a fear filter and the heart is like a lens of love through which we allow ourselves to see the world.  As you allow the heart and mind are seen as one, you begin to see existing is about inner work, and what is required to deconstruct problems you imagine into being. What happens as you come to accept and embody freedom? Experience is the unquestionable teacher.

Every moment, we have opportunities for change.  Everything that you experience can be related to dreams.  Any insecurities you have are based in fear. That fear you are not all you perceive yourself to be is the reason for dreaming, for goal-setting, for creating unrealistic expectations of yourself.  All of it is illusion constructed to keep you from discovering the truth.  Shift focus.  See what happens.  Awakening occurs when each of us discovers things for ourselves. Inspire others to find their own light within.

Seeing through the veil

Every moment, you are invited to see through the veil of your own illusions.  That is, what is real and enduring exists beneath the layers of beliefs, perceptions and judgment that arise to cover it. The process of allowing true nature to reveal itself is about letting go of everything you are taught is real and no longer resisting what is.

Even now, situations you observe are not what you think.  The ego-mind may tell you these situations are not about you.  You see yourself as separate or as a reflection in everything. One view is anything you perceive is a projection of Self-love.  You love and accept unconditionally, see everything as equal and balanced or you are not aligned with the real you, that is, divine being. Notice life lessons that invite your attention. Notice the mind filters and the heart cherishes all. How does innermost soul see?

All paths offer truth

Whatever your chosen endeavours, love is communicating through everyone you meet and every unfolding situation.  They each reflect aspects of inner being.  Every experience is part of a broader, spiritual journey.  Whatever choices you make are the right ones for you at a given moment.  Notice your focus and how and why it changes. Notice opportunities to deepen insight, be more compassionate, forgiving and loving.  Recall I am you and you are me.

In silence, mental images of you vanish. The essence of being reveals itself in unconditional love that resonates energy through all that is. You need not say anything to know answers arise right on schedule. Their perfect timing and effortless flow is not grasped by the mind. Ego believes its identity is separate, calculated and forever threatened. Behind the illusion, all paths reveal one is always whole.

Satisfy the soul

The mind has you believe you must do things to satisfy the soul.  What if the soul is fulfilled from the moment you align with the core state of being? The soul responds to gentleness, the receptive state of tenderness, innocence and whenever you set ego aside to access truth and beauty.  Its all here now.  Be open to it.

Soul also responds to experiences when you allow yourself to delve deeper into states of compassion and open the heart to unconditional love.  Opening to joy is a powerful way to connect with soul, connect with your dreams and embrace the love that is beyond words.

Being authentic or true to yourself takes shape in experience. Quiet the mind. Tap into your soul blueprint.  This is like spiritual DNA.  On a soul level, this reveals you chose your innate talents, key relationships, core gifts and conditions.  How you respond to these or what you do with them while in a physical body is not pre-determined. You established pre-birth soul contracts with your parents that allow you to develop beliefs and scripts.  A web of patterns, strengths and weaknesses arises to hides your gifts until you are ready to claim them.

Self-acceptance and unconditional love do not require external validation.  To feel them is to know they are their own proof.  Dare to be you and embrace higher wisdom.

Translate internal messages

It is up to you whether you choose to open up and expand awareness. Those who do begin to sense layers of soul communication within through impulse, synchronicity and emotion.  Thoughts, feelings and beliefs are constantly emitted into your energy field and increasing self-awareness sharpens your discernment of what matters.  What are you noticing?
