Everything is flowing smoothly

Imagine how it feels to know everything is always flowing smoothly.  Move your perception of reality.  Focus where you would like to be and feel as though you are here. All good feelings are linked to a sense of freedom. All negative feelings are linked to imagining a lack of freedom. Know accidents and mistakes are figments of the imagination. Only perfect timing exists. Everything that grabs you attention is for your own good. Love, generosity and acceptance flow unless you allow mind or thought to get in the way. Be the genie in charge of your own magic lamp. Grant your wishes.

As you step back, watch thoughts crossing the path of your mind. Ignore echoes that say anything is wrong , that say life, a project or dream is difficult, that would have you believe in physical, financial, psychological or other limitations. Nothing exists unless you believe it. So, whether you believe you can or can't, you prove yourself right. Why not set your sights on what matters and make it happen?

Look deep into the heart. Perception is not fixed. Notice what is real. Show and be pure compassion and this is all the universe reflects back through the eyes and behaviour of perceived others. Imagine how you can help people solve their problems, do that, and know you are also helping yourself.

Why build a business?

It is said that silence is the loudest voice within you and yet, you may not choose to hear it.  The silence that looks after us is within every movement, even in noise.  Notice voices within that are getting louder. They mirror people you encounter.  This tells you that you are consciously willing to hear and integrate what they say into your life.

Take for example, entrepreneurial ideas that suddenly grab your attention.  You may have a night dream like Alexander Graham Bell did about the phone or like Thomas Edison did about a thing he calls a lightbulb. You may simply wish to apply skills you have in a new way.  You are always guided.  Yet, do you allow the heart to speak?

Perhaps you outgrow your workplace, have a local or internationl business idea and wonder what to do. Perhaps you are a stay-at-home parent who recognizes you no longer wish to do the same job you did before. Perhaps you are made redundant and see this as an opportunity to turn over a new leaf. Perhaps you have lived an experience that transforms you, brings you wisdom you wish to share and use to help others. Perhaps your existing business would benefit from guidance to  flourish. Do not believe that if the world shows you you failed that you have.  The overall intention or vision of a situation is held by a field of intention.  The vision can trickle down and manifest.

Ultimately, its not what you do that matters, but how you feel about it.  Your life is about the changes that evolve within you, how you honour and respect yourself.  Something inside you always knows what to do.  This is not associated with familiar senses or thinking.  Notice your level of expectation gets in the way of seeing synchonicity and allowing joy to flow freely through you. Tap into that inner sense of precision and clarity.  Active energies are present within you every moment. The energy keeps you here and the power of intention guides you around the next bend.

Know you are always in the perfect place to meet your goals head on.  Be aware.  Every encounter is synchonicity.  Everything points toward the insight you reach for.  Ask a question.  The answer is given.  How you interpret this determines what you do next.

Be open to receive guidance.  Recognize what you are asking for.  Whatever form the dream takes, acknowledge and go for it.  This is the first moment in the rest of your life.

Come to your senses

Falling asleep is easy.  Notice how many people are sleepwalking through life. Have you ever had the feeling that anyone is falling awake? Are you connected with yourself, your passion, your destiny? Who is asking this question? Who is answering it?

Many people have the impression their life is splitting apart.  Notice your own inner conflict? You may think you want one thing while you are doing another. If you work in one place, you may wish to work somewhere else or shift focus to start a business. If you are involved in one relationship, you may wish to be involved in another.

If you feel restless, think you want to go "there" while part of you is here, this is an invitation to recognize the nature of overthinking. If you have a body, a mind and especially if you have a cell phone to interrupt you, why not come to your senses?

Notice five familiar senses are sending you messages. The non-conceptual sixth sense is also active. Which ones do you hear and overlook? Senses reveal everything.  The mind judges or shifts focus from what no longer matters. Notice the focus of your attention.  How do you feel about it? What does this reveal about wakefulness? and tainted views?

Notice the diversions in your life of wants, fear, doubt and pain. Notice when you feel suppressed, repressed, or like you are running from something. How many times during the day do you interrupt yourself in thought and speech? Forget what matters?

Everything invites you to ponder what it means to be here in this moment.  Listen with your bones, your organs, your flesh and your whole being. Reflect on your life with an open heart and pure compassion. Notice what you see deep within. The distinct possibility exists you are re-introducing yourself to who you truly are. When not grounded by thoughts, time and space, then what happens to 'you?' Next time you are in the shower, notice who or what is in there with you. Notice the mind wanders away from the refreshing water and lather. Next time you are in public transit, notice the mind churning. Areyou asleep while awake? What sort of trail are 'you' leaving?

Do this simple exercise: be aware of the breath.  This is mindfulness or non-judgmental awareness.  It invites us to be aware of what is fundamental in life rather than on what the mind thinks is urgent.  Notice thoughts that arise as the mind prompts you run on an endless treadmill.  Notice the mind distracts you from the breath and just living.

Ever had the experience that you can see without seeing? Its like something is in front of you but you only notice it when you are ready. Something knows where you came from before you were born and observes everything all the time. We also only see and hear what we are willing to accept. Meditation allows mindfulness to arise. It enables you to cultivate intimacy with what is ordinary. Stop taking what comes naturally for granted.

How often are you true to yourself? The problem is not with doing anything in particular, its with the personal pronouns you use to identify with something you think has virtue. It is not what we do that matters but being aware of it and allowing ourselves to feel deeply. Allow yourself to be at home in all of the senses. Bring the mind home to awareness and refine your capacity to see things as they are. The challenge is to atop doing all that gets in the way. This is advanced training in the art of living.

Do the impossible

Whenever you tell yourself something is impossible, be aware of what you are really saying:

1) 'Impossible' is a state of mind.  The mind expresses doubt and fear about the prospect of success.  Mind grasps working toward the goal, not being it.  Mind cannot see beyond itself.  Mind understands based on its own logic. This only disagrees or denies what exists outside it.

2) 'Unlimited possibility' is a heartfelt state. The heart loves all you are, propose, and imagine. (Hear: 'I AM' possible).  Watch as you focus on what excites you.  Be spontaneous.

3) More exists beyond the mind and heart.  Visualize what the senses do not yet see.  The 'what' always emerges in awareness before the 'how'.   You only see and experience what you are willing to accept.  As joy flows, it nourishes and expands on the dream.

Explore what feeling fulfilled feels like.  Imagine fearlessness. Know all is always going well.

"Ordinary people believe only in the possible. Extraordinary people visualize not what is possible or probable, but rather what is impossible. And by visualizing the impossible, they begin to see it as possible." -Cherie Carter-Scott

Have a happy mind

Many experiences are universal yet, must be discovered and rediscovered by each of us at our own pace.  We allow wisdom to reveal itself through us when we are ready and willing to accept it.  We each weave our own tapestry of life by making choices. How to maintain a happy mind?

1) Break free of the traps of the mind: Let go of the past, stop focusing attention on fear and the future. This releases you from ties binding you to karma/ family histories (recover the 'original self'). As identities are seen as the masks they are and shed, personal histories shrink and fade.

2) Be aware of and let go of attachment to inner possessions; judgments, thoughts, values, and ideas about right and wrong.  Notice everyone is a teacher pointing to existing contentment.

3) Break free of the traps of the body/ impermanent world. Thinking about doing anything is the hard part. Notice how the mind stalls and postpones things. Taking action itself is easy.

4) Explore the true nature of freedom & what it means to be 'liberated in life.' Notice you deny the ultimate freedom. You only step beyond parameters after you create them and grow aware.

5) Bring together the elements of a fragmented existence.  Each person who is open and receptive grows aware of an inner pilgrimmage and unique experiences with Spirit.

6) Be here in this present moment in mindfulness and kindness.

"Renounce the self that does the renunciation." -Swami Venkatesananda
