Let go of will to control

Notice its common to wonder what determines how life unfolds. Yet, its not up to us. Its outside of our control. Feel into any resistance arising to not being in control. Everything that presents results from dynamic forces of equilibrium and natural laws interacting and creating what is seen and unseen. We do not have to know all reasons that needed to happen for everything to be as it is. This has nothing to do with us. Its completely impersonal. Everything is fine until we show up, judge it, attempt to force or manipulate. Energy flows where we are not. We are fine with that. We rarely or never complain about where we are not. Ponder this...
So, life is not about controlling energy. Its about our relationship with the force of creation unfolding outside us. We each inhabit a body and "the world" is outside. Energy is always unfolding, that includes before after time, before our birth and after body is gone.
Many people seek peace. Thing is, right now, we can be in a state of acceptance, awe, respect, honour, experience this moment as fresh and new. Insodoing, we gift ourselves whatever arises. We are the only being standing right here, now. From this view, no problems exist, simply experience we accept (or reject/ resist). For most, their relationship with life and self is not always peaceful. Why is that?
Well, we decide in the mind, develop ideas, of what life should be doing today, tomorrow, and beyond. In truth, we limit possibilities, make it all up, create a vison, goals, dreams we must realize and specific steps to get here. Ego decides what should and should not be, what we like and dislike, what is right and wrong in relation to our own self-created points of reference. A problem is that unfolding realities are not obliged to meet our expectations. Business projections are not always accurate. When what we want to happen, doesn't happen as we want it to and when, that is viewed as a problem. Yet, reality does not behave this way. We make up an alternate version of reality and get upset when the unfolding does not happen as ego wants. This brings suffering. We are the source.
In essence then, Buddha's Nobel Truths are simple. Everybody is suffering because they do not have the right understanding of the way things are, they have expectations for life that reality does not meet. The cause of suffering is desire, preference, our idea of ways things ought to be. We make it up and want things to happen, our way.
As it is, moments exist independently from the rest. Everything is interconnected. To end suffering, end attachment to desire and outcomes, stop being rigid about the way things must be. Come back to simplicity. The way the world is does not have to be the way you want it to be.
A key question to ask is what prompts us to fear things will not be the way we want? It evokes tension. A wise person does not renounce all desires. Yet, why do we insist on imagining an alternate reality instead of savouring the one that exists? Rather than struggle with life or ourselves, go deeper. Everything does not have to be a certain way for us to be loved, lovable, accepted, successful. We are a witness, guest and observer.

Align on every level

Notice the "New Human" is not what is often thought. We are taught we "evolve" into this mode of existence, rise up into a higher, more stable vibration.
Imagine no longer needing a body, no longer requiring intake of food, sustenance, as we come to know it. When people speak of light body and energetic body, this refers to the etheric body. Yet, energetic being is always here. Shifting focus along the light spectrum is not about becoming something we are not already.  It is expanding into and accepting more of what is real and possible.
The Lightbody is a gridwork of light and sacred geometry that brings together our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual being. This body radiates light energy and electromagnetically links our multidimensional self with the infinite universe. It connects us to encoded data through high electrical currents that enable us to receive , decode, translate, manifest our hidden talents and soul purpose on this plane in the here and now. No low vibrational doubt or excuses.
Vibrating higher, more consistently, allows us to access a wider energy spectrum and results in dropping the physical body. Some associate leaving the body with imagined physical "death". Another view is accelerated evolution is pointing to the possibility of letting go of the lower, denser 4th aspect (body), because that vibration depletes Earth resources. We do not need physicality to exist more fully in the etheric state.
Truth is, we cannot continue to do the same thing, cannot live in the same way. We already draw energy from Earth's life force, her etheric body. We are invited to shift so Earth no longer has to do that. Another view of shifting into greater harmony with ourselves is sustaining purely on the energy of the etheric body. The "newness" of things, change of perspective, is possible now. Expansion of consciousness allows seeing the bigger picture. As awareness dawns, it hits we are insignificant, part of everything that is. Nobody can change us but ourselves. We must walk the path of realizing the deepest truths and realign on every level.

5 Tips to Release Fear-based confusion

Fear-based confusion is when intuition knows you are ready to make a big life change but feel too confused or postpone taking action you know feels right.  The ego has you believe in obstacles, unknowns, reasons why-not, or other people involved you “should” put first. Thus, resistance has the upper hand. You may hover between a rock and hard place.

Does this sound familiar? Maybe you contemplate a career change, a geographic move, parenthood, ending a relationship or committing to one, organizing your finances, jumpstarting a new project, a health regimen.  Most relate to gut-wrenching confusion in some form or life area, and it can affect stress, anxiety, breathing rhythm the state of your identity.

In my own life, I’ve come to notice confusion arises as a symptom of fear, and awareness of the bigger picture can help us reclaim power, reduce stress, anxiety and help us reverse escalating emotion. As a general rule, the more important certain decisions are to your soul's evolution, the stronger the resistance you will feel. Rest assured, nobody is alone or helpless in their journey. Turns out, fear-based confusion is manageable.  In fact, it brings surprising insight and wisdom.  Consider 5 tips to release fear-based confusion:

 1. Identify what brings you joy

If fear holds you back, identify what brings you joy.  Explore what evokes uplifting feelings and aliveness.  For example, instead of trying to answer the question, “What should I do with my life?” ask, “What can I do that evokes joy right now?” Follow the trail of excitement, gratitude and appreciation for yourself, and existence. Know that sources of joy naturally shift and change as we grow.  We are each meant to be here now. As we focus on what evokes deep joy, the clouds of confusion disappear.  Clarity arises naturally.

2. Let go of "little things" that you outgrow

Giving up some activity, like a hobby you do not like anymore, or reducing portions of dessert, is much less daunting than making bigger life changes too fast. Taking things step-by-step helps you see what is possible, builds your confidence to tackle bigger things.  In addition, it leaves room for expansion and freedom to grow. As Michael Singer eches, "Letting go of fear is not letting go of life."

3. Decide on direction

Be clear on some direction. Making a clear decision is the quickest way out of confusion.  This may sound obvious, but self-doubt can be a slippery slope. Believe in yourself enough to make a decision. Know that "right" and "wrong" decisions do not exist. What matters is how we feel where we are. For example, you may not know what career you want after school yet love travel and may do so as a way of soul searching. You may not know if you want to continue in a job/ company so may take a sabbatical or retain a coach.  Doing something is a step to guide yourself in the best direction.

4.  Release expectations

Some people tell themselves only to take a risk or decision when they feel they control the whole process. They immediately search for something that feels secure in the face of change; a new home, job, relationship, hobby or situation to move into before finlly cutting ties to the previous conditions. Yet, life does not work that way. Truth is, change happens more smoothly when we take ourselves out of it, surrender to the unknown. You can set an intention, but magic happens beyond our control.  The element of trust has a place here.

5. Trust the Universe

Once you make the initial decision, the Universe will start to provide you with people and experiences that help you move forward. Breathe.  Tune into awareness, how your decision feels in your body, and act on whatever option has a sense of lightness and openness to it. To leave the details to the Universe allows us to focus on the present, how we feel right now rather than making joy depend on a certain outcome. Recall vulnerability is strength.  Feeling vulnerable is part of embracing change. Befriend confusion and recognize the gift it is. Once you take the first step, everything else falls into place.  Its the divine plan.

Breathe the way to clarity

Notice many spiritual traditions echo we are multidimensional humans. We exist simultaneously on several planes and in several bodies which range from the familliar. physical body, to the astral body of dreams, to higher energy bodies that access realms and states of consciousness beyond our wildest dreams. Questioning our assumptions and being open to alternative possibilities increases our flexibility of consciousness, that is, changes how we receive, decode, and transmit energy. Each of our bodies has its own set of abilities and limitations. When ready, opportunities present that guide us to develop innate abilities. Imagine intentionally inviting your consciousness to leave your body to expand experiences, and breathing your way to clarity. Many options for expansion exist.

Imagine total disembodiment

Notice what it is to relax mind into state of total disembodiment. That is, allow the familliar reality to fall apart. The visual world fragments, first into a few large pieces as binocular fusion is broken, then into a few smaller fragments, and eventually, into many separate fragments of consciousness. This state differs from normal consensual reality. Most amazing is the total absence of the body from its normal place at the center of focus. As the world fragments, the body does too, disconnected pieces of the body seeming to exist independently in separate spaces, as if in different universes, like reflections from different shards of a shattered mirror.
And as the visual world totally fragments, all evidence of body vanishes. This is like a disembodied spirit, pure raw experience, just sensations of color, form, sound, light. It dawns its possible to snap back together again to a "normal" consciousness at will.
The geometric regularity of it all stands out. There is a powerful tendency for everything to reduce to ornamental patterns, geometrical arrangements of 3-D and multidimensional shapes, with rich periodic, symmetrical patterns in deep vibrant colors. The deeper one engages with sacred geometry, the simpler and more evocative the patterns are. As the body identity totally vanishes, these patterns are no longer external, but they are. I am the spatial patterns which create my experience. The recurrent symmetry in the mind's eye is somehow primal to experience. It is akin to an energetic grid, the origin of the holographic universe.
