Attain a deeper state

Notice when you are not attempting to control your experience, all that remains is for you to watch, listen and be. You may come to tune into the watching, the awareness, notice its something quite fluid and flowing from one point of awarness to another. You may notice how your body feels, sensations arising and falling. You may tune into the silence or intermittent sound. Allow awareness to go rather than where you want it to go. Deep relaxation happens as we let go of control. Even as we let go of attempts to relax, something magical happens without us. There is no effort to sustain anything; not a thought, a pleasant or unpleasant feeling, or a memory. Every sensation lasts as long as it lasts, and is allowed to dissipate. Awareness may decide to stop and rest. Notice awareness moves as it wants to, where it wants to go, no attempt to control it. No effort need be made to stop anything from happening. Instead of seeing where you can direct awareness, you await seeing where awareness can take you wherever it wants. This may be somewhere or nowhere. Be like water. Notice watching water flow freely has a way of unwinding you, your thoughts and body. Nothing is pushed away but allowed to take its natural course. Listening to the wind blow, is akin to listening to the flow of the breath and water. There is no end to allowing everything be as it is. Every instance of letting go guides you to the next opportunity to repeat this. Attaining a deep relaxed state may happen, but there is no goal to stay or move. Notice your own allowing and resistance. No need to enhance anything.

Go beyond mind-control

Notice what happens as it dawns that Being itself is guiding each action. Meditation in its true sense can be a way of spontaneously discovering our natural, undivided state. We cannot get to a natural state through divided means. We cannot create natural, effortless states. We can only create unnatural states. As we fall into the state where we cease to manipulate our experience in any way, this is true meditation. Anything else is mind-controlled. Through mind-control, we can create extra-ordinary and mystical states, but not the natural state. Let everything be as it is. This is simple and yet, how often do you attempt to stop the mind, seek be peaceful, or something other than what is? Anyway you manipulate experience, simply notice it and let it go. This gives mind very little to do. The mind is no longer leading the way. It falls into background. The natural, free state only reveals itself through non-doing. It takes some consciousness to notice when we manipulate inner experience. The natural state is ever-present. Its already quiet. There is no reason to get to peace. No search is needed. States we seek through meditation are here. Most meditation is manipulation. This points to distrust of original nature. No need to battle ego. It is a conditioned part of ourselves. Distrust of ego can escalate to distrusting the essence of Being. Its why we seek to control. Letting go of our conditioned urge to manipulate inner experience guides one to natural awareness.

Move through self-created limitation

Notice the difference in experiencing "challenges" while asleep and while awake. While asleep, we identify with the energy of the illness, pain body, grief or situation as victim. That may be what we needed then so as to navigate through the world at that state of consciousness. Benefits of the dis-ease, or dense energy state include; attention, not engaging in what you are unready or ill-prepared for. Yet, when awakened, walking the path of alignment into higher consciousness, experiencing illness, chronic pain or other life challenges is not about forgetting physical pain or mental suffering. Rather its about reknowing ourselves outside the labels and other self-created limitations. Who am I outside the illness, pain or self-defeating relationship. It dawns, "I am no longer bound by pain or ailment, former identity of what hurts or seems wrong with me. This process is about remembering who we are outside what we gave our power away to; an idea of illness, dis-ease, intense emotions, controlling or self-destructive relationships. People identify you with how you identify yourself. Listen to the self talk. Who are you outside of those things that kept you contained, feeling less than you are? When such things happen, its a prime opportunity for Spirit to move energies through our body that help us awaken to an expanded perspective of what we are going through. What seems dark or unpleasant is a path for Spirit to bring through more light , to activate DNA, awaken more of the DNA, to uncoil the tension. To remain in alignment with higher consciousness while going through prickly "challenges" is to let go of victimhood, negativity, and the low density stuff that keeps us in conditions that reflect limitation. The body may feel terrible, yet the mind can stay in a higher vibration. Rather than wallow or complain, use the time of feeling ill/ low energy/held back states to move ahead with a book project, creative painting or other inspiring pursuits that are catapulting your forward. Thus, only one part of us is in disease or self-created limitation mode. This is an opportunity benefit from challenges; to journal, meditate, stay in a place of neutrality. Once you get past resistance, being here helps shift stuff. Allow the energy to move through you, no matter how long it takes. Make the most of this time- study, read, write. While parts of you are dying, other parts of you are simultaneously strengthening, blossoming or being reborn.

Re-train the body-mind

Notice the best course is about going with and being the flow. It is what feels right even when the mind would have you think its hard and resist due to thoughts of suffering. The best course of action is confirmed as the stress is leaving your body, mind and life. Peace arises as you stop trying to control, retrain the mind to respond to energy not on how you think things should be. As you act based on feelings, cosmic consciousness is advancing you, emotionally, mentally and spiritually, for you to further activate energetically strengthen connections, to be more self-sufficient and efficient. Everything guides you to optimal function. A quantum entanglement relationship exists on all levels with energies seen and unseen. Its up to us to disentangle from certain situations to strengthen self-reliance. The whole planet is lifted into a Rainbow portal to help shed light on life conditions and prompt shifts into greater alignment with an expended version of being. When ready, we naturally evolve and morph into a higher collective consciousness to be compatible with future (existing) version of us. Anyone can communicate with this highest, most expanded version. In the future we evolve beyond the need for a chip or interface. All blocks dissolve. As you condition the body with a new mind, they can no longer work in opposition, but must be in harmony. This is being aligned with Source Creation.

See through distractions

Notice now is the moment to recognize and see through veils of distractions. Everything serves you. Seeing through distractions (psy-ops) executed by strategic teams is recognizing their aim is to keep us from looking within, from growing aware and valuing who we are. Truth is, side-operations (psy-ops) are designed to work on a holographic chess board to shift your attention between zones of events on Earth and beyond. When focused on a chess square, you only see from the view of what can be done to or by that area(piece). The idea is to keep people angry, fearful or entertained so they buy into creative information products such as conflicts, wars, or bomings, gossip, media, to control direction of attention and harness energy flow so we do not find what we seek inside us. As one goes inward, one discovers one is actually the master of the game. Tuning into the inner world guides us to discover that we each affect and influence our own outer world. Every external thing we focus on is distraction. Its a political game to distract people from their true goal, or core happiness. When your mind is hypnotized, or you numb out, you do not look within. Recall one side-operation leads you away from yourself, as a distraction, while the other can guide you deeper into yourself. It takes a psych-op to recognize a psych-op. If you do not recognize the game you are playing, energy is taken away from you. As you go beyond the game, see as consciousness, you are forever renewed. You recall you are in the game but not of it. It dawns a future version of your cosmic self is bringing you up -to-speed by engaging telepathically and interdimensionally with your brain, which, turns out, is an advanced bio-photonic quantum system. Your current brain is an ancestor in the midst of a quantum upgrade. Only then can your brain begin to fathom its future relatives on the scale of planetary and universal defense systems and beyond.
