Remove the obstructions

Ever wonder how people apparently separated by time and space relay similar or even identical experiences? Sometimes, the mind conjures up fearful thoughts of ownership or possession.  Then, animosity, competition, idea theft and plagerism are imagined into being. 

And yet, beyond mind, nobody has borrowed anything from anyone else.  They connect with the same Source. The fearful and joyous parts of your personality exist side-by-side.  You choose if and when to release them.  The more you choose to free joy, the more you experience it in the external world. Only you can choose to heal frightened parts of personality. Only you choose to feel unlimited joy.

People ask, "how can I experience happiness?" They assume they must change something in circumstances or other people.  In truth, joy is an expression of core being. As you remove obstructions like beliefs, you discern what you are not falls away to reveal who remains.

Why feel invisible or powerless? 

As the story goes, a stone buddha statue is revered by many people.  They approach it by ascending mountain using a series of stone steps. One evening, after the people are gone, the steps express a few words with this statue;

"It is not fair!," cried the steps. "We are carved out of stone from the same mountain and yet people flock to walk all over us and only ever bow down to you.  How can this be possible?"

The buddha statue listened in silence.  When the was ready, he replied: 

"You, as steps, were formed by a few cuts of a knife. I emerged from that same stone yet, only after more than ten thousand cuts." 

As a reminder, we influence each other and all of life with our intention.  We can transform our experiences from fear to love or not.  The rising sun offers new conditions.  The more one thinks of oneself as invisible and powerless, the more one can grow aware of the inner judge, why we blame or envy and how every emotion brings consequences.  One can exert creative power responsibly or irresponsibly.

Sense the presence of the cosmic witness

The cosmic witness is understood as the universal source; omniscient, omni-present, and infinitely guiding remembering.  It is not separate from you.  Consider these 10 steps to ascertain and sense the presence and of the cosmic witness and what it is not:

1) Awaken to your own ego-created desires that exist at the root of your suffering.

2) Step back from the insatiable ego & illusions you create to reinforce perceived problems.

3) Reflect on underlying reasons for your desires, hopes, fears & attachments that create the above. 

4) Notice the nature of ingrained beliefs  that prompt you to self-judge and imagine what is not there.

5) Recall cosmic consciousness is the core state that re-aligns you with true nature.

6) Explore why the mind imagines limitation, inadequacy, reasons for insecurity & loneliness.

7) Let go of beliefs which are themselves conditioned mental delusions.

8) Practice forgiveness of self and others then realize reasons for forgiveness are illusion.

9) Recall the feeling of "right action" & be what it is that reinforces who you are.

10) Realize that every choice impacts perceived self and the whole universe.

The world is in you

Many people develop the belief they exist in the physical world rather than the physical world exists in them.  Consider your own perspective.  How do you rationalize?  What if you discern you create your experience and have power to alter perception, dissolve and re-create?  All happens as you choose, provided you sincerely want it.  You create out of desire and fear in order to remember how to deal with them.  When you forget who you are, you create impersonators.  At your leisure, and on your terms, you Transform Your Life.

Make the most of where you are

How you experience where you are is all about you.  If you do not like where you are, why not change the color of lenses in your glasses? Take a few minutes to reflect on what makes you tick.  Consider that you are doing the best you can where you are.  You create your expectations.  You also have the power to change them. Make the most of where you are.

Now, imagine you are a dish of food that blurs boundaries.  What are you?  How do you surprise yourself?  Why do you feel super juicy, savor, tangy, bitter, sweet, salty or emerge as your version of a mountain of food Everest? Remember that it is never truly a mountain you have to conquer, but the self-created fear within yourself.
