Love brings clarity

Notice love invites us to remove the masks that we fear we cannot live without and know we can no longer accept or live within. The path of removing our masks, requires dismantling the life we have come to think is real, tolerating pain, and seeing through our suffering. What makes the journey worth it is we long for reality more than we want to hide inside illusions of those masks. Recall the story of the Golden Buddha. The gold of this buddha was hidden for centuries under simple plaster and clay. It went unnoticed, a reminder it seems natural we develop layers of ego coverings, that we learn ways of hiding, enhancing and ignoring our True Self. When we feel really fearful, the covering gets thicker, more solid. We add layers to what is always here and do not recall the gold. We are identified with the coverings and forget the Truth of Being, our genuineness. Turns out, "real" is not how we are made. Its not our outer coverings symbolized by plaster and clay. Something more formless, intrinsic and pure is awake. As we shine the light of awareness on the plaster coverings, we bring the warmth of love, humor, acceptance to those coverings. This is what melts them so golden authenticity shines through. As we grow more mindful of our patterning (represented by the coverings), we realize the illusion of the anxious, needy, lonely self. It dawns the underlying radiance is more true to who we are than the clay coverings. Wakefulness, openness, creativity, aliveness only shine through as we allow maturity, inner wisdom to reign. The poet Rumi reminds us that is is through love that pain transforms into medicine. We are our own healers that transform into beauty and goodness with perfect timing. We know we are supposed to love ourselves into healing, to face the ego states and love ourselves through it. The most fundamental layer of conditioning is the one that does not recognize the painful coverings are illusions. We hate ourselves for the coverings. We are supposed to love the coverings, the parts of the ego that make it hard to open tour heart to ourselves. When negative emotions arise, we are taught to dislike or hate ourselves, and the master emotion, shame shows its head as if "something is wrong with me/us". Every emotion has its place and can get amplified. We are culturally- rigged with a deep fear of judgement and rejection. Whatever comes up, we come to believe we shouldn't be feeling this way. The core feeling of badness imprisons us in the mind until we are ready to let go of the covering that glues itself to all other coverings. In the stress of life, we forget the subjectivity and realness of each other. The key to being real is to remove layers of conditioning, to listen more attentively to each other. The messages of bad "other" repeat. Shame is exacerbated by cultural caste systems. We are wired to not like our own conditioning and think that is who we are. The healing comes from seeing and loving the conditioning so it can become more transparent though we have an aversion to it. The gold of loving awareness is always available, much like the sun is always here regardless of how many clouds exist in the sky. Through love, all pain and suffering dissolve. Clarity remains.

Heal & Move Beyond Trauma

Notice life experience invites inner world issues to come to light. Through awareness, one joins dots in the bigger picture of one's fear-based patterns. This illuminates divine presence or Christ consciousness. Awakening to destructive patterns can trigger revelations, bring new clarity of direction and life purpose. The origins of my own mistrust, scarcity and insecurity guided me to uncover and explore unconscious childhood & interdimensional trauma. Turns out abuse keeps us caught in time loops of repeated behaviours that blocks expanded perception. Yet, the key is to grow aware of what we think is missing within ourselves or our lives, make conscious why we keep choosing situations that deprive us from tasting true love, affection and appeciation. Many of us have been trained or socialized to see self-created "defects", or find balance. We often act based on others' expectations. When ready, we allow all we had denied to surface. We are each on journey to wholeness, back to where we never left, to accept what is not lost or missing. Through fearless self-exploration, growing awareness and by making new choices, we empower ourself to break self-defeating patterns. To change the world, we must begin with ourselves. To know what is unfolding around us, we must master what is within. Breathwork is a valuable tool on the path to embrace limitless being.

Reclaim your Power & Sovereignty

Notice a pivotal turning point comes as one is psychologically ready to own or reclaim one's soverignty and true power. The internal compass guides us out of self-created illusions, to stop accepting ideas or treatment that echo we are less than we are. Acting on true feelings may lead to ending difficult relationships. When we have learned all we can from a relationship, the Soul knows we are ready to begin deeper healing. No advice can convince us to act until we feel that inner shift or transformation, until we reach a pivotal moment in self-awareness, through surpassing a pain threshold or someone going "too far." Recognizing our own patterns, and the will to let go triggers surrender. This implies we are choosing to face the reality of all traumas we've experienced, without the protective defence mechanisms that shielded us from the severity of the trauma. Reality is that bonds we thought we had with a former partner may be trauma-based bonds that have little to do with actual fulfillment, love or respect and everything to do with our beliefs about the illusion we had created. Ending a relationship can be a golden opportunity to heal from early wounds that were never fully recognized or healed. The fear of being alone with the pain is overcome from the moment one creates space-time to independently act, think and feel outside the toxic dynamic of a previous relationship. While moving through intense challenges may alienate one from society, it also gives one intense and very genuine connection with other "survivors", in interactions filled with shared vulnerability, understanding and compassion. We have capacity to share unique insight. What makes us human allows us to fall and rise again from the ashes to share embodied wisdom on self-love.

Build energetic Soul muscle

(Image from 818lightcodes.com)
Notice one's capacity to tune into true feelings and find the strength to act on them is not about intellectual or emotional intelligence. Rather, our responses to perceived challenges reflect the Soul's strength, resilience, willingness to grow. The Soul builds energetic muscle through initiations and allowing oneself to feel deeply. Its about opening oneself to the pain, the sense of lack, and raw hurt from which our false identity is born, that broken aspect of self so Soul fragments are reintegrated. Through this opening, we enter the heart of our core wounding until it no longer generates solutions or distractions. One cannot turn away from Oneself forever. Go beyond All and exclude none. The heart can accommodate All. Any Light Code may be chosen to assist you by simply noticing how it makes you feel as you see it. You may be drawn to its color and shape or you may be attracted to its vibrational message. Whatever resonates is right for you.
