Astonish Yourself

Notice the deeper we go within into the nature of our pain and suffering, the more astonished we are to find nothing but Love. To find no-thing, is to see fear is illusion. Our intrinsic value is felt in nothingness. This is not a vacuum or a void. Turns out, the black hole is the portal or gateway to recall and unleash our limitless potential. The loudest voice arises in the natural state of silence.

Every emotion arising in us points to our own projected reality, not to anything independent of our own mind. The most startling revelations empower us to activate and live in higher awareness.

Everything that seems to be happening to us is only appearing on the screen of our own consciousness. To know this is to fear nothing, know we are in essence, untouchable. As reality is observed through this lens, it dawns that suffering is a catalyst to deepen our own humility, compassion, quiet grace and dignity.

Freedom arises as external acceptance no longer matters. We find relief from the mind as we see through our pain, stop making choices to make others comfortable. Transmutation evokes feeling uneasy, but falling apart is a stage of awakening to our own beauty. Pain is physical and suffering is mental. Each is a teacher guiding us to find comfort in our vulnerabilty and live wholeheartedly.

The secret is to love ourselves fully as we are right now, instead of loving the idea of other people loving a different version of us. Come what may, truth is, we deserve self-love, the understanding we are worthy of our own self-respect. Inner strength and resilience grow as we consciously realize the truth for ourselves in practice. Let go.

Attein stillness

Notice our organizing principle was originally caring fpr the Soul. Collective awakening is remembering the nature of the journey. To change a reality not in resonance with awake consciousness, we must first grasp how this reality came to be. There was a point in the continuum where the dominant energy of the planet was guided by the the ultimate soul purpose which is to reach the highest level of consciousness (liberation, unity with the divine, bliss-love). In every era, the dominant energy determines the moral compass of consciousness and how energy plays out.

So, as hegemonic reality took over (religion) the quest for divine love within became externalized, and aristrocracy divided this into romantic love. Then things shifted and love lost importance. Capitalist forms of social order took over. Communism, socialism other politics built on conquests, colonialism, materialism, and scientism. Capitalists became globalists in an attempt to keep control. The focus has been on dumbing down, destruction of love and traditional order to replace it with centralized order. We moved from nobility to corruption ruling the world. Ego taking control defined what it wanted to get out of life and the collective followed.

As we come to come to tune into specific frequencies in the spectrum of consciousness, truths of soul consciousness arise again. As we attain and sustain the stillness, it opens portals beyond ego to the inconceivable reality of Pure Spirit. It is felt as vibration, like sacred geometry that bypasses the subconscious mind. 

Awaken to the energetic journey

Notice the idea of awakening is not real. Awakening is only someone else's experience unless the real thing happens in our lives. Those who simply overhear and repeat ideas emit different frequencies than those who act based on conscious awareness, true innate intelligence or direct knowing. Less-than-direct experience keeps us oscillating betweeen ego and heart rather than be integrated heart-mind. Our perception and experience shift based on our changing vibration. We see things as we are until we see them as they are- pure love energy. The physical, mental, emotional, intuitive and spiritual bodies are all on their own journey to align in harmony and stillness. We each determine the pace of our alchemical journey.

Heal illusory divisions within

Notice energy's eternal force is the Truth of Life. Only energy exists. Yet, using words to describe "Truth" inevitably distorts it. We come to know the Truth by discovering what its not. Awareness allows us to transcend all we adopt and think defines us. Rules and conditions often come to define who, what and how we Love. Awakening is about seeing nothing is ever solved by self-reprimand or blaming others. The conversations we have with ourselves are not real, yet self-talk evokes real emotions in us and what seems real turmoil in our lives. Still, emotions are not the biggest issue. Our thoughts are. Emotions echo what is going on inside us. Emotions remind us that we are not loving ourselves fully, and they let us know when we've travelled too far from the energetic Truth. This Truth may not be something you can easily put into words, but if you pay close enough attention, you can feel its resonance. Its never too late to rediscover the power of Love within us. It has nothing to do with vanity or self-importance. Love is the energy that flows within and all around us. To see everything as a message about Love or a call for Love is to validate who we are. As we recognize we are each the love of our own lives, it dawns the relationship we have with our body and self affects all relationships. Loving ourselves without conditions, heals illusory divisions within ourselves. Self love and acceptance connect us with the infinite power of source energy and allow us to consciously create new realities.

Allow Silence to guide you

Notice this is about shifting or giving attention away from "me" to immense sense of eternity, spaciousness, everylastingness which is always here. It is never absent from anything or anybody. It is not something that someone can give you. This awakeness within cannot be grasped by the mind or the form of the body. The point is what is occupying and moving through the HU-man body. You cannot get yourself out of the centre of being. Silence does this. Only in quiet can 'what is true in you' come to centre stage. The greatest obstacle are the "me"'s addictions- heroin, cocaine, alcohol, technology, trained to be addicted to approval, intensely addicted to approval, to seeking and being loved, to its ideas, its own thinking, opinions, for no particular reason. The mind pretends its something intelligent. We can give the mind things to do and soothe the ego. Love watches the withdrawl, the shifts from additction to addiction and knows no barriers.
