3 Tips to Accept Innate Worthiness

To accept innate worthiness, implies you accept you are worthy without doing anything. The essence of your being is love, which means your basic nature, when functioning freely, is constructive and trustworthy. Love, in this sense, is not a romantic emotional state, but rather, a rational, coherent, and positive intelligence, guiding your life forward with subtle and ordered complexity toward goals the Soul aspires to realize.

In a nutshell, it is your essential loving nature establishes your worth and belonging as a human being, meaning you are inherently perfect exactly as you are right now, have been in the past, and are in the process of becoming. It’s the truth and science backs it up. The fact that your worth as a human being is inherent means it is always true. There are no conditions you need to meet, no prerequisites to qualify you, no accomplishments required to earn it. Your worth is not earned; it’s given. Your successes and failures in life neither increase or decrease your worth. Whether you live in a mansion or on the street, you are worthy. 

The research of Brene Brown reveals only one variable that separated the people who have a strong sense of self-worth and belonging from the people who struggle for it. That variable is that people with high self-worth believe they are worthy. They accept it as fact (which it is). Your unqualified acceptance of yourself as worthy is fundamentally all it takes to experience it.  Your basic nature drives you to fulfill your potentials. Something within guides you to express and activate all your talent and gifts to enrich your life and reach your full potential.  Consider 3 Tips to accept innate worthiness; 

1) List of qualities you experience when you are at your best.  Simply jot down 10 words or short phrases that describe your experience when you’re in the flow, in the zone, consciously co-creating with love and things happenThis will help you identify the experience of the directional force emanating from your essential nature.

2) Know the code for your essential nature is embedded in the very neurocircuitry of your brain, unwrapping to express the creative, curious, explorative, playful, constructive, peaceful, loving, joyful, compassionate, sharing, and cooperative forces within that move you forward toward self-actualization.

3) Repeat positive affirmations and femonstrate them to yourself in practice, What you are is good enough, and all you have to do is to be it openly. Transcend struggle, shame and self-doubt, by proving otherwise.  Although you are by your very nature intrinsically worthy and forward moving, your inherent core of worth is so overlaid with layers negative thoughts, fears, and doubts as to feel nonexistent. Thus, your challenge is to remove the layers of fear and negative thinking so your intrinsic worth can emerge naturally.

Allow harmony to arise

Notice moving within, through and among diverse worlds is more common than often realized. Part of us never sleeps, creating and exploring infinite worlds. As the body sleeps, our consciousness weaves experiences to work out or through what is going on in waking life. In 3-D life, we engage energy consciously or unconsciously as thought and feelings to shift focus among relationships, pets, school, work and varied situations. Each focus echoes point of frequency on our cosmic radio dial. As a body-mind-spirit trinity, it is essential to step back and honestly evaluate the level of true contentment vibration we emit in each focus. Part of expanding consciousness is growing aware of signs and signals we are constantly transmitting. Are you emotionally satisfied and fulfilled in every focus or, is incongruence detected and ignored? Feel energized or drained? Thoughts produce ah-ha moments? Actions deepen connections? Balancing our trinity activates dormant body systems. Silence and stillness offer wisdom. Take moments to immerse in Nature and True Nature. Be open to conscious change. Know its also okay to shift gears spontaneously, let go of a focus energetically and surrender to whatever arises to bring awareness of harmony.

Accelerate new life shifts

Notice the sense of holding yourself back is a pointer to the root of your own fear and resistance. Its not who you are that actually holds you back, but who you think you are not and the influence of this identity over your choices. You may forget what you are made of, forget how to access it or tune in. Much like the penguin is aware of the significance and benefits of ice water, yet does not always jump right in, we are each aware that our discomfort holds the key to our own salvation. Deep down, we all know what feels right yet the question is, do we always listen or simply cling to "the familliar"? We are each like a seed that contains all genetic material to transform into a progessive seedling, plant and tree. We can continue to produce our own seeds and stay in a karmic cycle, or, come "full circle" and embrace a new way of being. Just as the branches of a tree strengthen and grow upwards to the sky, we too grow stronger, striving for greater knowledge, wisdom and new experiences as we move through life. We hold the seed of our own energetic and crystalline light body transformation. At what point do we cease to resist and recall what feels natural?" As we meet guides on the Path, they can assist in different capacities, depending on what we allow or resist. Sufi poet Khalil Gibran reminds us, 'the teacher who is indeed wise does not invite us to enter his house of widom but rather, guides us to the threshold of our own mind' so we awaken.

Snap out of the Trance

Notice discomfort (what doesn't taste right) comes up to the surface to be purged or let go. Let awareness do what it wants to do. It will be drawn into the feelings and experiences outside and then on the inside of the skin. The inward environment has things to listen to. If you get hijacked by a thought, make no effort to get rid of it, change, alter or control it. Deep listening is simply noticing things as they are. The more you relax, the more the spaciousness grows obvious. What you miss before stands out. Awareness loses fixation on things so to rest in its natural state. Thoughts, feelings, objects arise. Amidst all this, tune into what openness feels like. In this sense of opennness, every moment, awareness is present. We need not exert effort to grow more aware. Space itself is highly awake. Entities are not "aware." Awarness does not originate at any particular point. Awareness itself is already in a profound state of listening. It is open, not picking or choosing, judging, fearing or manipulating. It is simply being itself. As awareness happens, you are no longer in the trance of thought. See and feel for yourself what its like to be awareness. No answer exists to questions of how to get here. This is not about a goal, not about controlling thought or feeling. Awareness itself is not aiming to change you. Everything happens spontaneously. Its simply drawing you into True Nature.

Clarity reveals itself

Notice the nature of what you see and experience directly reflects your version of the Truth. Everything you do and do not do is a language expressed as energy in motion. If you see your life as upside down and topsy-turvey, then confusion and vertigo seem very real. As you find balance in the middle of nowhere, then calm abiding grows more accessible. As you begin to expand and appreciate different points of view, then everything is a mirror. As you continue to work out what matters, and stay open to stretch yourself, explore new shores and realize nothing is out of reach.
