The scriptwriter emerges

Notice how you attribute responsibility to what appears to be happening, right here.  Notice if you attribute events to God, the universe, Higher power, or something else. Is that so? 

Imagine that wider awareness is revealing itself by part of self that is not yet fully clear.  Imagine that you cease resisting the heart, spirit and choice of being the scriptwriter and architect of life.  What happens as you begin to recognize not-knowing of something at any given moment is a choice of the wider you? Be aware of the page you are on.  A page lasts only as long as you allow it to hold attention. The book of life is constantly unfolding.  You are the camera, writer, director and single actor playing all roles. Every event is of your making.

Be aware.  This book of energy is constanty flowing, changing this is not a matter of a higher being who is not here, creating.  Some events that arise are judged and resisted.  Other events are embraced and loved as they are. The ups and downs of a movie are part of what intrigues you, fascinates and inspires you.  It is all you. 

Like Harry Potter, you are the invisible magician, who is forever changing the story, creating every aspect of the illusion you call life.  Although you script events, you do not script how you respond and feel.  See the same movie or read the same book again, and experience it again, as if for the first time. Diverse experiences exist by choice.

Notice what occurs as you begin to flow with life without wishing to change anything.  You grow detached from the plot and appreciate the wisdom of your scripting. Let go of the pain and never a dull moment. Every moment is a vital part of the unfolding. Trust yourself more. The higher power is you. Love life fully.  Love yourself fully. Embody joy.

Change your reality

Any reality you believe appears real though it just reflects your state of consciousness. You can only change some aspect of your life from the moment you take responsibility for creating this version of reality. As you begin to realize physical reality is malleable and within you, perspective and energy levels shift.  How is completely up to you.

As it happens, different degrees of awareness and energy vibrations exist. Imagine you crystalize energy in order to create the experience of physical reality. Imagine you are not really in a place. In this moment, how you choose to experience life takes shape on your very own holodeck. Watch what happens as you let go of attachments to a particular future and look back at the future from further down the track. How you view time and space and your place in it can change/ be changed.  If you wish to live life differently, imagine a future version of you is giving advice to your present self.  Recognize you have to change yourself to see a change in the reflection of outer reality.

Uncover Evolving Life Purpose: 12 questions

As you reach a life stage when you are ready to explore or shift life purpose, you are ready for new levels of reflection.  Sit down in a quiet place with some paper and a pen or a computer. Answer these questions.  Be honest.  You are doing this for yourself:

1) When someone asks you to describe yourself, which words do you use? Notice you form your identity with words. Notice how would you like to shift this self- view. Write some experiences you would like to explore; different passions and perspectives. Watch how your sense of purpose evolves though words you write and speak aloud.

2) What do you enjoy doing with with the physical body? Notice the nature of your body image and identity. Notice the common belief about life purpose is "I am (what I do with my body)". For example, you may say: I am a boxer and my life purpose is boxing or I am a drummer and my life purpose is drumming.  Be aware you are not limited to what you do with your body at any life stage. If you cease to use your body one way, this does not mean you no longer have a purpose. True purpose is independent of conditions. How you feel about yourself points to but does not identify life purpose. Notice body experiences catalyze desire for new ones. Be aware the body itself is simply an experience the wider you is choosing.   The body is not all you are and not who you will always be. Watch how your perception of your body and purpose are changing.

3) What do you enjoy that engages other aspects of self (mind, spirit & senses)? Notice how it feels to expand beyond a limited body identity. Ease into a wider level of perception. Notice something watches, engages and triggers the body and emotions. For instance, a sense of the dearly departed, insight into what your children or lovers are doing when they are out of sight, and knowing who is going to call before the phone rings, are signs of wider perception. Know you engage in wider frameworks of communication as a pivot point.  Life purpose evolves based on your awareness and vantage point. Recognize the position from which you are looking affects how you view yourself, your purpose and priorities.  Notice you are many things, not one thing.

4) What are your strengths actually telling you? Notice whether what you like to do is what you are told are your strengths. Notice whether you come to believe what you are told or listen to the heart and do what feels right regardless of what others say.

5) What brings you a sense of freedom? Notice what prompts you to focus on a particular mission or end result. Your beliefs. See through the light of understanding. There is actually nothing you are tied into, no karma. Nobody is making you do anything except you. All scripts are changable. Imagine how life feels with subtle shifts of practice and identity.  Notice your views on control. When ready, discover you physically translate as events what Spirit conceives as a feeling and energy patterns. The mind inteprets or translates symbols of freedom while the spirit embodies it.

6) Which experiences awaken and nurture your confidence? Notice fear is learned. Love and acceptance (confidence) are innate. Notice perceived challenges serve you, draw attention to who you are beyond fear. Notice what sorts of connections you are making with what you do, with what you have done and envision doing.

7) Imagine how you see the world as a person with limited physical senses. Notice which senses are magnified? missing? What compensates for the absence of others? Notice how feelings and what you have available to you is used to construct your reality. Notice how multiple perspectives are available to you. Notice how you are able to more consciously access these resources or what is required of you to do so.

8) If you could teach something to others, what would you teach? Jot down a message you would like to share with a group. Brainstorm how you would do this. Imagine what you are doing in five years and behave as if you already are. 

9) What would you do if money was not an issue? Notice judgments about money that surface and how they reveal mental blocks of scarcity.  This can prevent you from doing what you love. 

10) Write your own eulogy. How would you like to be remembered ?

11) Who do you truly want to be? Be aware of which aspect(s) of you enjoys life most and how you can you focus more attention and energy here.

12) Who inspires you? Notice the qualities of these inspirations awakening in you.  Notice you are integrating aspects of these lives into yourself. Notice the larger part of you is already conscious of experiencing these lives.  Notice the larger part of you is having experiences that the physical you is feeling. Be aware any life challenges you take on relate to evolving and transforming into who you want to become. The larger part of you knows everything is unfolding in complete harmony.

Appreciate the ego-mind

It is often assumed the ego-mind is something to suppress or eliminate as if it is bad or not helpful.  It is also sometimes said that you only think with the ego-mind and feel through the heart.  Watch what happens as you choose to view every thought and perception as a teacher that is offering insight into your false (conditioned) Self:

1) Begin to notice what triggers your own inner judge.

2) Begin to sense all words are merely pointers to how feelings about them. (Words only hold importance until the moment you see this reflects a conditioned sense self-importance. To recognize right and wrong only exist in the ego-mind is to cease to allow this ego to control you) 

3) Begin to rely less on the external world (your projections) for teachings and openly receive insight through the inner guru.  (As innate confidence reveals itself as ever-present, you begin to recognize it is not arrogance but a reflection of acceptance of what is)

4) Begin to view the ego-mind & heart as one.  To align with who you are is to feel whole, one (at peace) with everything, regardless of what anyone says or does not say, does or does not do.  (One can recognize / radiate divinity while in physical body)

The heart/mind align to the degree you are true to yourself.  Being honest with yourself about how you feel is natural unless it is conditioned out of you.  Each time you grow aware of a belief that no longer serves you, an emotion other than unconditional love and acceptance and see it as it is, you are closer to seeing things as they are.  Doing what feels right is intuitive, instinctual. Its like soul speaking to itself.  And so it is.

Embody who you are

As you truly embody who you are, you allow level of Spirit to merge with the level of your Humanity.  As you pass through fear, you come into the embodied experience. 

Spirit sees through the illusion.  It is a state of love and freedom.  It knows judgments are simply a mental projection of fear. Being with Spirit is to know, feel and experience life without fear.  To see through the lens of the heart is to see things as they are.  This is direct experience of your own Spirit.  It is about being who you are.  Spirit knows no wounding or reasons to heal.  All beliefs and anything outside this core state is illusion.

Allow yourself to feel what you feel without judgment.  This is what it is to experience life through the heart.  When you resonate with something, you consciously realize you create this reality and it flows out from you.  This is feeling your Spirit.  Allow yourself to be a freely feeling and expressing person and the Spirit comes alive.  As you view through the lens of Spirit, you recall from whence you chose to forget who you are.

Know we each contain collective consciousness.  We are each a bridge.  The Earth emerges from the sum of all of us.  It is always a perfect harmony through lens of love.
